· 본 제품은 E. coli DH5α로 부터 얻은 고효율의 competent cell이다. 높은 효율(~1 x 109 cfu/μg)로 supercoiled plasmid DNA (pUC19)로 형질전환된다. Plasmid 증폭, ligated DNA 형질전환, Dyne TA/Blunt Kit (Cat.# DYK1010, DYK1030)를 활용한 cloning에 적합하다.
