Dyne Plasmid Miniprep kit

Plasmid Miniprep system provides fast and simple method for purifying plasmid DNA from bacterial cells. This kit uses the optimized alkaline lysis method and spin columns with a glass fiber membrane bind up to 20ug of plasmid DNA in the presence of chaotropic salts. Miniprep can be processed within 30 minutes and requires no phenol extraction and ethanol precipitations. Purified plasmid DNA is ready for restriction enzyme digestion, ligation, transformation, sequencing reactions, and library screening.

Dyne Plasmid Midiprep kit

The dyne Plasmid Midi kit uses pre-packed anion-exchange resin columns to purify DNA from 50~100 ml of cultured bacterial cells. Modified Alkaline Lysis method and RNase treatment are used to obtain clear cell lysate with minimal genomic DNA/RNA contaminants. Using an efficient gravity-flow procedure, plasmid DNA in the crude lyaste is bound to the column and the contaminants are removed with the Washing Buffer. The purified plasmid DNA is eluted by a high salt buffer and then precipitated with Isopropanol for desalting. The entire procedure can be completed in 2 hours without ultracentrifuges, HPLC, or other toxic reagents.

Dyne PCR Purification kit

PCR Purification Kit is a convenient system for fast and reliable purification of double- or single-stranded PCR products. The method uses PCR Purification technology to recover DNA bands 100 bp - 10 kb free of oligonucleotides, nucleotides, and polymerase in yields exceeding 90 to 95%. Binding conditions are adjusted by addition of a specially formulated buffer and the sample is applied to Spin column.

Power Gel Extraction kits are designed for the purification of DNA from standard agarose gel (TAE/TBE). Power Gel Extraction Kit (column type) uses spin column containing silica membrane to purify the DNA fragment. Gel Extraction buffer contains gel solublizer. This enables extraction of DNA fragments from both TAE and TBE buffer containing agarose gels without additional solutions or modifications to the protocol. Fragments can be extracted from low melting point agarose.
